I did it! I dd it!

I just wanted to drop a quick note to let you know I achieved today’s workout milestone- interval of 5 minutes walking and TWO minutes jogging for thirty minutes. Yay me!!!! So excited that I cried tears of joy when the clock on the treadmill counted down to zero. Three minutes jogging here I come!
