Weekly Weigh-Ins

I am a visual person so I thought I would keep a running tally of my Weight Watchers weekly weigh-ins here, to better showcase my progress. The starting point of this is the day I joined WW.

*Update: I started tracking my body fat percentage and BMI on 4/2 so I am going to include those numbers as well.

3/23/11; Day 0- 280 lbs

3/26/11; WI #1 277.6 lbs. -2.4 lbs

4/2/11: BF 41.8%, BMI 45.2 WI #2 276.0 lbs. -1.6 lbs

4/9/11: BF 41.7%, BMI 44.5 WI #3 273.4 -2.6 lbs

4/16/11: BF 41.6%, BMI 44.1 WI #4 270.6 -2.8 lbs

4/23/11: WI #5 (in New Orleans) 271.2 +0.6 lbs

4/30/11: BF 41.4%, BMI 43.8 WI #6 267.8 -3.4 lbs

05/07/11: BF 41.3%, BMI 43.4 WI #7 266.4 -1.4 lbs

05/14/11: WI #8 264.4 -2.0 lbs

    I’m finally getting around to reading your blog after you commented on mine a few weeks back! I love how you track your progress and goals like this! I may have to start doing something similar!

      Thanks! I am pretty sure I took the idea from someone else’s weight loss blog that has the same page setup. I like having them out there so if someone is interested in my progress they don’t have to read through all my posts.

    this is great! and congrats on your loss! i’m also going to use this format on my blog 🙂 do you find it helps to keep you accountable? I like your weight loss goals page as well!

      Yes, one of my goals of blogging was to become more accountable. I had no accountability and I just floundered through life never changing. It was pretty bad. But then I started this and man has it paid off. It’s been so much better than I ever imagined. I love it and yes, it keeps me 100% accountable of my actions which is a great thing. It’s only been three months but I have changed drastically for the better!
